- graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb. small curd cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Grease 1 (9-inch) spring-form pan; dust with graham cracker crumbs.

2Sieve cottage cheese into large mixing bowl.

3Add cream cheese.

4Beat on high speed until blended.

5Then add sugar and eggs.

6Blend on low speed and add starch, lemon and vanilla.

7Add margarine and sour cream.

8Blend on low speed and pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until firm around edges.

9Turn off oven and let cake stand 2 hours. Makes about 12 servings.
