- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
Directions

1Cream the cheese well, until light and fluffy.

2Add sour cream; beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time; beat.

4Add vanilla, cornstarch and flour; mix well.

5Add sugar and melted butter; bake in a greased spring pan in a 350°oven.

6After 1 hour, shut off oven and leave in the oven for 1 hour more.
