  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Directions

    Cream the cheese well, until light and fluffy.

    Add sour cream; beat well.

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat.

    Add vanilla, cornstarch and flour; mix well.

    Add sugar and melted butter; bake in a greased spring pan in a 350°oven.

    After 1 hour, shut off oven and leave in the oven for 1 hour more.
