- graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. Argo cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Mazola margarine, softened
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Grease 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan.

2Dust with graham cracker crumbs.

3In large mixing bowl, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese.

4Beat on high until smooth and creamy.

5Beat in sugar, then eggs.

6Beat on low the next 3 ingredients.

7Beat in margarine and sour cream until smooth.

8Pour in pan.
-
9Bake at 325° for 70 minutes or until firm around edges.

10Turn oven off.

11Let stand in oven 2 hours.

12Remove and chill.

13Remove side of pan.

14Top with strawberry glaze (optional).

15Serves 12.
