- 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Let cream cheese, sour cream and oleo stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

2Then mix them all together.

3Add other ingredients and blend in mixture, except eggs.

4Beat each egg individually into batter; pour into 10-inch greased spring pan.

5Place spring pan into a large roasting pan that has been half-filled with hot water. Bake at 375° in preheated oven 1 hour.

6Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

7Graham cracker crust is optional.
