  • 1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 regular pie crust (frozen)

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine caramel topping, chocolate chips and pecans.

    Spread in the bottom of frozen pie crust.

    In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg and sugar.

    Spread over the caramel mixture.

    Bake at 400° on preheated baking sheet for 25 to 30 minutes.
