- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Roll out 1 package of rolls (don't separate) in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Pinch together if they try to separate.

3Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.

4Pour over rolls. Roll out the second package or rolls and put on top of this mixture. Beat egg white with fork and pour on top.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6Mix the confectioners sugar and milk. Glaze top while cheesecake is hot.

7Keep refrigerated.
