- 36 vanilla wafers
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling or any flavor pie filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers. Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake tin.

3Beat until creamy the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

4Add cream cheese mixture on top of each vanilla wafer until cupcake tin is 3/4 full.

5Bake until set, approximately 25 minutes.

6Cool.

7Top each cupcake with 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
