  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Blend the ingredients until light and fluffy. Put vanilla wafers in the bottom of cupcake liners and a tablespoonful of batter on top. Cook for 20 minutes in preheated 375° oven. After they are thoroughly cooled, put Cool Whip on top and a cherry.
