  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

    Mix cream cheese and eggs.

    Add sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.

    Put 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of 24 aluminum foil cupcake papers.

    Divide cream cheese mixture evenly in 24 cups. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Top with cherry pie filling.

    Refrigerate overnight.
