- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except wafers) together until smooth. Place vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper in muffin tin.

2Fill with mixture to 3/4 full.

3Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool.

4Top with cherry pie filling.

5Refrigerate.
