  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • pie filling

Directions

    Blend together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Place vanilla wafer in center of cupcake paper.

    Add cheese mixture. Bake at 350° until slightly brown, 25 to 35 minutes.

    Let cool. Top will form a well.

    Fill indentation with pie filling.
