  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 24 vanilla wafers

    Put one wafer in bottom of each baking cup.

    Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer until creamy.

    Fill cups 3/4 full.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Cool and put filling on top.

    Chill before serving.

    Makes 24 cupcakes.
