- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cherry pie filing (optional)
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs and 2 tablespoons of vanilla.

2Beat for 3 to 4 minutes.

3Fill 24 cupcake papers.

4Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 300°.

5Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Centers will drop.

6Blend in separate bowl the sour cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar.

7Fill centers with mixture. Top with spoonful cherry pie filling.

8Bake 5 more minutes at 300°.

9Cool and refrigerate.

10Serve chilled.
