  • 1 tsp. real lemon juice

    Mix the remaining ingredients together.

    Beat for 5 minutes with a beater.

    Spoon 2 tablespoons in each cupcake liner.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
