- 3 oz. light cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 8-inch prepared chocolate wafer crumb pie shell
Directions

1Beat cream cheese in small bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy.

2Beat in yogurt and milk on low speed until well blended.

3Add pudding and pie filling (dry).

4Beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture mounds slightly.

5Spread in pie shell.

6Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.

7Top with fruit or fruit pie filling, if desired.
