Cheesecake Popsicles

  • 8 5 oz Dixie Cups
  • 8 popsicle sticks
  • 8 each crushed graham cracker sheets
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 small pkgs cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 sliced strawberrie and blueberries

Directions

    Crush your Graham crackers into small pieces, using a food processor, blender, rolling pin, or whatever you have on hand.

    Stir in melted butter to combine and set to the side.

    Combine pudding mix and milk, whisking together until smooth.

    Add a small layer (about a spoonful or so) of pudding mix to the bottom of your cups.

    Next, add a layer (about a spoonful or so) of the crushed Graham cracker.

    On top of the Graham cracker, layer a few sliced berries.

    Fill cups the rest of the way with remaining pudding mix.

    Insert sticks and freeze until set (about 2-3 hrs)
