- 250 grams phillidelphia cream cheese
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 2 tbsp lemon rind
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 250 grams granita biscuits
- 125 grams butter
- 600 ml thickened cream
Directions

1At room temp blend the cheese til creamy

2Add condensed milk, lemon juice and rind.

3Blend till smooth, refrigerate.

4Crush the biscuits and melt the butter combine til well mixed.

5Grease a round oven tray and line with baking paper.

6Pour biscuit mixture onto tray and using a flat bottomed glass press the mixture evenly around the tray.

7Refrigerate.

8Having refrigerated ingredients for 1 to 4hrs start layering your shot glasses with cheescake filling and cream.

9Next chop the biscuit slab into shards for decorating...Enjoy!
