  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream the margarine and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts to make a crumb mixture.
  2. 2
    Reserve 1 cup of topping.
  3. 3
    Press remainder of mixture into bottom of an 8-inch square, ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
