  • 1 angel food cake
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cans pie topping

Directions

    Break apart cake into small hunks.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

    Whip cream 1/2 way, add gelatin, continue beating until stiff.

    Blend cheese mixture and whipped cream.

    In trifle bowl layer cake pieces, cheese mix and pie topping.

    Refrigerate.

    Can be made the day before.
