  • 39678 grams whole wheat flour
  • 17018 grams flour, all-purpose
  • 300 ml milk mixed with water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 package yeast, active dry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 x mixed herbs
  • 12 slices cheese

Directions

    Make a yeast dough and let it rise.

    Roll out dough thinly and cut into 12 squares.

    Put a slice of cheese on each square and sprinkle some mixed herbs over all.

    Roll up the squares from one side into little horns, bend a little.

    Put them on a cookie sheet and let them rise once more.

    Brush with a little milk and bake at 325 cup for 25 minutes.
