Cheesy Baked Peaches

  • 4 large ripe peaches, halved and stoned
  • 150 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 50 g amaretto cookies, crushed
  • 75 g fresh raspberries

Directions

    Place peach halves in an ovenproof dish.

    Mix cheese and sugar and fold in biscuits and raspberries.

    Top each peach with a spoonful of the cheese mix.

    Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes at 190C Remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes.
