Cheesy Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- chopped onion to taste
- chopped green pepper to taste
- 1 can (16 oz.) green beans
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar
- 2 cans (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper.

2Drain and discard fat.

3Add green beans and tomato sauce; cook until warm.

4In a greased 10-inch glass pie plate, pat enough biscuits together to form a bottom crust.

5Bake in 350° oven until slightly brown.

6Remove from oven and spoon ground beef mixture over crust.

7Arrange shredded cheese over beef mixture.

8Cut remaining biscuits in halves or quarters and roll in small balls. Arrange on top of cheese.

9Return to 350° oven and bake until biscuits are golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
