  • 8 boned chicken breasts
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • sherry or white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • potato chip crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • rice

Directions

    Place chicken breast in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches.

    Cover with grated Swiss cheese.

    Sprinkle with sherry or white wine. Mix cream of chicken soup with water and sour cream.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle chips or dressing on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
