- 2 c. fresh corn kernels, cut from cob
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 c. milk or half and half
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
