Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh corn kernels, cut from cob
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. milk or half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
