- 1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Thaw frozen hash browns to a point where you can break them up easily in baking dish.

2Melt all ingredients (except potatoes) and pour mixture over potatoes

3in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Let stand 1 hour, then bake 1 hour at 350°.
