  • 1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Thaw frozen hash browns to a point where you can break them up easily in baking dish.

    Melt all ingredients (except potatoes) and pour mixture over potatoes

    in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Let stand 1 hour, then bake 1 hour at 350°.
