- 1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 1 cup salsa
Directions

1Place potatoes on steamer rack in pan.

2Add just enough water to pan to level about 2 inches below steamer rack.

3Cover pan; bring water to boil.

6Transfer (drained) potatoes to large bowl; mash until smooth.

8Heat oven to 425F.

9Add cheese and flour to potatoes; mix well.
