  • 1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
  • 1 cup salsa

    Place potatoes on steamer rack in pan.

    Add just enough water to pan to level about 2 inches below steamer rack.

    Cover pan; bring water to boil.

    Transfer (drained) potatoes to large bowl; mash until smooth.
