Cheesy Meat Loaf Pie

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.)
  • 1/4 tsp. crumbled oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in 9-inch pie plate.

    Pat mixture against sides and bottom of pan.

    Spread catsup over meat mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheeses and oregano. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.

    Drain and cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4 servings.
