  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of thyme
  • 1/4 c. Bac*Os
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease 8 x 8-inch cake pan with the butter.

    In a large bowl, beat the next 6 ingredients together. Stir in the Bac*Os, cheese and scallions.

    Pour in pan.

    Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes or until center is set and puffy.
