- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of thyme
- 1/4 c. Bac*Os
- 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 8 x 8-inch cake pan with the butter.

3In a large bowl, beat the next 6 ingredients together. Stir in the Bac*Os, cheese and scallions.

4Pour in pan.

5Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes or until center is set and puffy.
