  • 2 eggs

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 14 cups pecans, whole

  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth; pour into unbaked pie shell and top with 1 1/4 cup whole pecans.

    In another bowl, prepare the topping ingredients; add the eggs and beat; add sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix all ingredients well and slowly pour over pecan and cheese filling.

    Bake at 350F for 45-50 minute until done.
