  • 1 loaf white or rye bread
  • 12 slices processed cheese
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 c. margarine
  • mustard
  • poppy seed

Directions

    Saute onion until done.

    Add butter and mustard.

    Place cheese between bread slices.

    Spread with some of sauce.

    Spread rest of sauce over bread.

    Sprinkle poppy seed over top.

    Bake at 275° about 45 minutes or until done.
