- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In ungreased baking dish, pour frozen hash browns.

2Mix can of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk and pour over potatoes.

3Grate onion and mix with potatoes.
