  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick of margarine (melted)
  • 8 oz. of shredded cheese
  • seasoning salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. of minced onion (or more to taste)
  • 1 c corn flakes
  • 1/2 stick of melted margarine

Directions

    Mix soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese and seasoning and minced onion and then add to the hash browns.

    Mix corn flakes and 1/2 stick of melted margarine and sprinkle on the top of casserole.
