- 10 to 15 potatoes, boiled, peeled or unpeeled
- 1 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 to 2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender, cut in large chunks.

2Layer in large baking pan.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Spread sour cream on potatoes and top with Hellmann's spread.

5Crumble bacon and then top with thick slices of Velveeta.

6Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
