  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • chopped green onion

    Combine all ingredients.

    Cook in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours in a covered pan.

    (To brown potatoes, remove top of pan the last 10 to 20 minutes.)
