- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 can milk
Directions

1Cut up potatoes in 1-inch cubes.

2Place onion over potatoes. Dilute soup with milk and pour over potatoes.

3Cube Velveeta and place on top.
