- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- American cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare potatoes for mashing and add butter and milk in quantity sufficient for smooth consistency. While still hot, add cream cheese and blend well.

3Pour potatoes into baking dish and cover with strips of American cheese.

4Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Yield:
