  • 7 ounces Emmenthal
  • 1 13/16 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onions
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 1 wheat bread large
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1/2 lemon juice, optional

Directions

    In a bowl, mix cheeses.

    Chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and saute until onion is translucent.

    Add chopped parsley. Remove from heat.

    Stir well and let cool down slightly.

    Mix onion mixture with cheese and set aside.

    Drizzle with lemon juice (optional).

    Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

    Cut bread into squares, without reaching the bottom. Place the bread on a large piece of aluminum foil.

    Fill bread with the mixture and wrap with the foil.
