- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green onion slices
- 12 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 3/4 cup salsa
Directions

1Mix cheese and onion.

2Spoon about 2 Tbsp.

3of the cheese mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold tortilla over to completely enclose filling.

4Spray large skillet with cooking spray.

5Cook 1 or 2 quesadillas at a time on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.

6on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.

7Cut each quesadilla into thirds.

8Serve warm with the salsa.
