- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 slices process American cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Directions

1Bring milk, water, margarine and salt to boil in medium saucepan.

2Add 4 slices of the cheese; stir until completely melted.

3Return to boil.

4Stir in rice; cover.

5Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

6Stir.

7Garnish with remaining 2 cheese slices.
