  • 4 cups plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 cups grated cheese
  • 34 cup pickle, roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 -1 12 cup milk
  • sesame seeds

Directions

    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika into large bowl.

    Stir in grated cheese and pickles.

    Beat eggs and milk together.

    Make a hole in cntre of flour, pour in most of the milk.

    Keep a little milk back for glazing.

    Mix to a soft but fairly stiff dough.

    Divide into 14 portions, fold into desired shapes.

    Place on baking trays, leave room for spreading.

    Brush rolls with milk and egg mix, sprinkle on sesame seeds.

    Bake at 220 C for about 25 minutes or till golden brown.
