- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. rotini
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare rotini according to package directions and drain.

2In skillet, cook ground beef, chopped green pepper and onion until beef is done.

3Drain fat.

4Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat, stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and rotini. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

7Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.

8Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

9Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
