  • 1 can spinach or equivalent fresh amount when in season
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
