- 8 oz. sliced Muenster cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
Directions

1Defrost and drain spinach.

2Mix it in a bowl with egg and Ricotta.

3Line bottom of 8 or 9-inch pie pan with Muenster cheese slices.

4Spoon in spinach mixture.

5Cover with remainder of Muenster slices.
