  • 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. sliced Muenster cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach

Directions

    Defrost and drain spinach.

    Mix it in a bowl with egg and Ricotta.

    Line bottom of 8 or 9-inch pie pan with Muenster cheese slices.

    Spoon in spinach mixture.

    Cover with remainder of Muenster slices.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
