  • 12 slices fresh wholemeal bread
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 185g can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cut crusts off bread and press each slice into 12 lightly greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin pans.

    Combine cheese spread and milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.

    Remove from heat and add egg, tuna, corn, spring onions, lemon juice, parsley and pepper.

    Spoon the filling into the bread cases and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
