Cheesy Turkey Casserole

  • boned turkey
  • turkey gravy
  • salt to taste
  • 4 c. hot Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • frozen broccoli (approximately 1 pkg.)

Directions

    Use a 9 x 12-inch or larger pan.

    Layer turkey on bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over turkey.

    Spread broccoli over cheese.

    Salt to taste.

    Add up to 1/2 portion of gravy, not too thick.

    Make sure gravy is warm.

    Add hot Mexican Velveeta cheese. Add remaining gravy portion on top of cheese, warm, not too thick.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Cook at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or longer if needed to melt cheese.
