- boned turkey
- turkey gravy
- salt to taste
- 4 c. hot Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- frozen broccoli (approximately 1 pkg.)
Directions

1Use a 9 x 12-inch or larger pan.

2Layer turkey on bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over turkey.

4Spread broccoli over cheese.

5Salt to taste.

6Add up to 1/2 portion of gravy, not too thick.

7Make sure gravy is warm.

8Add hot Mexican Velveeta cheese. Add remaining gravy portion on top of cheese, warm, not too thick.

9Cover with aluminum foil.

10Cook at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or longer if needed to melt cheese.
