"Cheezed" Potatoes

- 4 cold boiled potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bouillon
Directions

1Place top chafing pan in water jacket.

2Melt butter.

3Add onion and saute.

4Place layer of potatoes in pan.

5Add salt and cover potatoes with layer of cheese.

6Repeat layers until all are used.

7Pour the bouillon over this.

8Cover pan and cook slowly, 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and piping hot.

9Serve with salad or cold cuts.
