  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 6 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • potato chips

    Boil potatoes with skins on them until about half done. Peel potatoes
