  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    In a well-buttered 2-quart casserole, arrange in alternate layers potatoes, onion and salt and pepper.

    Repeat 3 times.

    In small saucepan, heat soup with milk.

    Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
