- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed bean salad, drained
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
- 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 c. diced ham, turkey or chicken
- cayenne to taste

Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and reserve oil.
