  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. cooked pinto beans, well seasoned
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. bean juice
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; stir in milk, eggs, bean juice and beans. Pour into greased pan and bake about 20 minutes at 450°.
